    Client Focus

    I focus on providing services and support for Adults aged 18 and over,  including Elders (65+).

    I can support you to explore personal difficulties that may not be possible to do with friends and family.
    Together we will aim for you to gain a better understanding of your thoughts and feelings, and work on what is important to you, so that in time you can develop strategies to cope when life seems overwhelming.

    I specialise in Depression, Relationship Issues, Addiction. I am a counsellor who will support you to find greater understanding of your problems, which can assist you to make the changes that you need to enjoy a more fulfilling and contented life.
